By accessing or using the Checkup GG application ("App") and website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Checkup GG. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Checkup GG is a skill-based gaming platform and is not available in all U.S. states. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Skill-Based Wagering

Checkup GG facilitates peer-to-peer skill-based competitions. All matches are determined by player skill, not chance. By participating in wagered matches, you acknowledge:

• All wagers are voluntary and between players.
• Checkup GG acts as a neutral facilitator and escrow service.
• Match results are verified through AI-powered screenshot analysis.
• Platform fees are charged per match and are capped at a maximum of $20.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree that all funds deposited are yours and that you will not use fraudulent payment methods. Withdrawal processing times may vary.

6. Fair Play

Checkup GG is committed to fair competition. The following actions are prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications.
• Submitting fraudulent or manipulated screenshots.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts.

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a match result is disputed, our AI verification system and support team will review the evidence. Decisions made by Checkup GG regarding disputes are final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Checkup GG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred from using the platform, including but not limited to wagered amounts, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of Checkup GG is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
